Are you All In for a comprehensive, life altering experience?        

• After we conclude our Discovery Call and you have returned your Client Intake Form, I will create your Personal  Cannabis Guide. This is a unique process that will help us to address your health goals and concerns. Over the course of our 8 weekly sessions we will discuss specific goals, lifestyle adaptations, sleep, diet, movement, and how these intersect with Cannabis use. We will begin our Cannabis journey looking at CBD (a non  intoxicating cannabinoid) and then explore some of the other cannabinoids (including THC,CBG, CBN, and more). From there, we will determine your ideal method(s) of consumption, dosage, and daily protocols. I use a full spectrum approach to our work, one in which we will explore a multitude of supplements and specific foods in addition to plant based medicine. You will receive several tools to assist with your journey, including dosage tracking, customized Cannabis use guides, resources to support your overall Health and Wellness, and access to your personal client portal

In search of  support for a specific Health and Wellness concern?  

• We will work together to identify your Cannabis Health goals, discuss methods of ingestion, tracking and product choice. Additionally, we will discuss cultivar (strain) and terpene (aromatic compounds which enhance synergetic interactions in your body) specifics. You will receive a personalized Cannabis Guide to continue your development and practice. This service comes with 30 days of text/email support once we have completed your sessions. You will be able to ask questions, share experiences, and solicit product suggestions for up to 30 days.

Dispensaries can be overwhelming, are you ready for a calmer, comprehensive, and curated experience?     

•  After discussing the goals and outcomes for your Cannabis consumption, we will take a field trip to a dispensary to select products. This can be done either locally or virtually (depending on location). We will spend our session carefully selecting products that will be of the most benefit to you. Additionally, you will receive a recap of our session, which includes specifics about each product selected, as well as recommendations for  additional items to purchase.

In search of something more?     

•  I will design and facilitate a session, course, webinar, live demonstration, etc., to further support your depth of understanding and acquisition of specific skills within your chosen topic. This option can be utilized to enhance your personal knowledge and growth in many areas of Cannabis. Working together we will come up with specific objectives and outcomes for your event. Options include guided instruction in making tinctures, topicals, and infusions (DIY); a deep dive into the science of Cannabis (Cannabis 101);  and Edibles and Beverages (Cooking with Cannabis) - amongst others. The possibilities are endless...
